Founder and President, Harry P. Mirijanian has spent more than 49 years of his professional career working in the risk management community. He recognized that many organizations either did not have appropriate in-house risk management programs or failed to receive adequate support services from their insurance providers. In addition, many of those needy organizations spent more time arguing about their claim reserves and losses than on their elimination. So in 1985, Mr. Mirijanian established Applied Risk (The Firm).
